ThermoBar 65 ECO is our low-price, high-quality alternative. The trough will keep water free from ice down to about minus 24-26 degrees Celsius. ThermoBar 65 ECO is constructed so that you can replace all the components yourself. The outer part of the trough is made from strong polyethylene plastic with handles in the sides. ThermoBar 65 ECO is temperature controlled. It supplies water at the optimal temperature, all year round, reduces power costs and eliminates the risk of overheating. It is delivered with a two-metre low-voltage cable with a flat-pin plug, transformer for outdoor use plus a two-metre 230-volt cable with a plug. Everything is mounted and ready to use – you just have to connect it to a regular electrical socket. You can also purchase a longer low-voltage cable, we have them ranging in length from 10-40 metres.

ThermoBar 65 ECO can be complemented with our 24-volt heated hose ECO and Rojo float valve for automatic refilling, all year round. To install the heated hose and Rojo float valve, you need to bore a hole in the short side of the trough. It is simple to do but you will need to follow instructions closely. Power usage for ThermoBar 65 ECO, according to Jämtkraft 2015: 24 hours with 75 watts costs approx. SEK 1.65. The running cost is low due to the temperature-controlled self-regulating foil heater. The water is kept between 15-20 degrees Celsius.
