Insulated lid

ThermoBar’s insulated lid minimises heat loss when troughs are not used during the night. Fill the trough in the evening when you take the animals in, put the lid on, and save energy. If the lid is off, 80-90 percent of lost heat is through the open water surface.
An insulated lid is a good investment that quickly pays for itself if you keep your animals inside at night time. The lock fits snugly, but is easy to put on and take off thanks to its handle. During the day, the handle can be used to hang the lid up outside the enclosure.
